1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 9806 PL For Post Lamp Fixture READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WARNING SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER HANG THE FIXTURE Fig 1 1 Place the fixture on the top of the POST on which is to be mounted Fig and position as desired Using the holes located on the POST CAP mark the holes position on the POST Remove the fixture from the POST and drill a 1 8 diameter hole at each marked position on the POST 2 Pull the power supply wires out from the POST and the fixture lead wires out from the POST CAP Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig 2 make sure all wire nuts are secured You may have to wrap connections with electrical tape Attach the POWER SUPPLY GROUND WIRE to the FIXTURE GROUND WIRE Using a wire connector rated for the size of wires being connected 3 Place the connected wires down inside the POST and mount the _ F POST CAP in place Aligning the holes in the POST CAP with the i TEs _ e E POST secure the POST CAP to the POST using 3 x 1 2 long self i Tapping SHEET METAL SCREWS provided 4 Install the PL lamp in according with the fixture s specification 1xMax 26W included DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING 5 The ballast in each of these models can be replaced by a qualified electrician without cutting of wires and without damage to the housing trim decorative elements or carpentry to which the fixture is attached See installation steps f2. or more detail The ballast and lamp are combined to replace or install twist pins into socket as shown on Fig 3 6 Place the glass with narrow side towards the lamp cover into the fixture Place the LAMP COVER onto the top of the lamp WRENCH ri compartment T If there re any loose parts on the body because of the Fig 2 transportation please fix the hex screws with the wrench provided FIXTURE gt FIXTURE gt FIXTURE Z gt 8 This fixture contains an integrated photo sensor that automatically Ste Vee ae ahs prevents operating during daylight hours Smooth RIBBED Copper 9 This fixture is rated for a minimum start temperature of 17 Ground Celsius 10 This fixture is UL Listed for Wet Location applications ot i HOUSE HOUSE Your installation is now complete Return power to the junction box and WIRES WIRES White Green Neutral Ground test the fixture LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY This Fixture is covered by a Limited 2 year Warranty from the Manufacturer effective from the date of purchase This fixture is warranted against defects in the quality of the housing trims diffuser shades and electrical components Fixture finishes and or lamps bulbs are expressly excluded from this warranty refer to bulb manufacturer for lamp warranty This Fixture if supplied with an automatic shut off sensor motion control sensor or photocell cannot be installed in conjunction with any other de
