1.2. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION FOR FIXTURE 4491 298 READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WARNING SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER ASSEMBLY THE FIXTURE FIG 1 1 ON OG BW MO 10 11 12 Wir 1 Shut off the power supply at the fuse box or circuit breaker Remove the old fixture from ceiling including the old cross bar Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation Assemble the tube G together using the nipple H well Put the decorative arm I onto the stem J fix it in place by threading the bottom end of the tube G on Thread the swivel F onto the top end of nipple H tightly Put the glass shade N round plate L over the nipple P in order and secure with cap nut K Put the fabric shade M set on the fixture arm well Thread the bottom end of tube Q onto the nipple O then put the socket assembly down and protrude the top end of the tube Q through the holes on the decorative arm I then tighten with nut R Install the bulbs in accordance with the fixture s specifications DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING UNTING THE FIXTURE Attach the universal mounting plate B to the outlet box using the outlet box screws A The side of the mounting bar marked GND must face out Follow the wiring instructions carefully See Fig 2 Attach the fixture main body onto the un
