1. EVERBILT Model THD 1035 Pre Plumbed Laundry Sink Tray System Ready To Install Installation Instructions Use caution when opening the carton so you do not damage the unit 2 Inlet Connection Install an 1 1 2 in PVC Schedule 40 threaded male adapter into the basins inlet hole as shown This is the hole on the side of the lid Use Tefion tape silicon sealant or plumber s pipe dope to seal the threads 3 Connect the inlet piping to the 1 1 2 in PVC Schedule 40 threaded male adapter using PVC primer and solvent cement to properly seal the connection 4 Referto Figures 2 3 and 4 for typical installations configura tions 5 Discharge Connection Install an 1 1 2 in PVC Schedule 40 threaded male adapter into the sump pumps discharge hole as shown Make sure that it Is the sump pump discharge and not the vent port Use Tefion tape silicon sealant or plumber s pipe dope to seal the threads 6 Connect discharge pipe to the 1 1 2 in PVC Schedule 40 threaded male adapter using PVC primer and solvent cement to properly seal the connection We suggest that a union be in stalled on this line to allow for easy pump service or removal 7 Vent Connection install an 1 1 2 in PVC Schedule 40 threaded male adapter into the vent hole as shown Use Teflon tape silicon sealant or plumber s pipe dope to seal the threads 8 Connect vent pipe to the 1 1 2 in PVC Schedule 40 threaded male adapter using PVC primer and solv2.
