1. Install screws in bottom Panel again where indent is located and where you have marked the studs If you are only creating a single column Norsk Track skip to Step 10 If you are creating a Norsk Track with multiple columns add Dowels in each hole with Retain ing Rings in middle of each prior to connecting next Panel and repeat Step 6 until all Panels are installed Install Bottom Rail pieces by simply placing them in bottom Panel where screws are installed and firmly pushing and locking them In LAST Step Use long piece of Side Trim and cut to size hack saw or other appropriate saw for cutting PVC and install Side Trim Clips 1 Clip per Track by sliding Clip s onto rail located in Side Trim and snap into side of Track For installation instruction videos visit us at www norsk stor com slatwall videos html NOTICE Please read before installing or risk damaging NorskTrack If there is a gap between two Top Rails end to end or To counter sink use Bottom Rails end to end because of the Dowel E Clip EHE anil ale you can counter sink the hole 1 8 with a 3 8 drill To bore use bit 7 32 drill bit Also if you are having trouble getting the Dowels in any of the Dowel holes you can bore out any of the Dowel holes with a 7 32 drill bit If Side Rails don t fit because the Panel Top Rail or Bottom Rail are too long use a saw to cut off extra len2. NORSKTRACK INSTALLATION NORSK TRACK SYSTEM ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5 SQ FT Tools Required Drill Stud finder Pencil For installation instruction videos visit us at Step stool ladder www norsk stor com slatwall videos html Level Tape measure Rubber mallet Bottom Rail Top Rail Side Trim NorskTrack Panel x2 x2 x1 x2 Dowel o Low Clip High Clip Mark the desired height of the NorskTrack on your wall Draw a level line at this point start at stud to the end of where you want the Track to stop Mark with pencil your stud locations on this level line Place Top Rail just above line so you can see stud marks make sure it is level and install Ru screws starting them into indented slots at each A stud location Continue adding more Top Rail across desired line until Top Rail of Track is complete Make sure you use a Dowel and Retaining Ring in middle of each Dowel to connect each Top Rail together If possible try to use 72 of one stud for each piece of Top Rail Lightly tap end of Top Rail with mallet to seat Top Rail onto the Dowel Now that your Top Rail is complete and level use a level and draw a line straight down each stud mark to just below bottom of last panel that you will use for NorskTrack Now take each NorskTrack Panel and slide into Top Rail which will cover screws from previous steps
