7. one time This will speed the blending process and reduce wear on the Blending Blades and motor If too much food is blended at one time the motor may stall If this happens turn the power switch to the OFF position Remove a portion of the food and repeat the blending process To add foods while the Blender is operating remove the Measuring Cup from the center of the Blender Jar Lid and insert the ingredients through the opening Remember to cut the food into 2 5 cm 1 in pieces to fit through the opening Always replace the Measuring Cup when you have finished adding the ingredients To add ice cubes to mixtures add one ice cube at a time through the opening in the Lid while Blender is operating Wait a few seconds before adding the next ice cube so that the Blender can properly blend the ice Avoid over blending Usually you will only need to blend for a few seconds not minutes Be sure the motor is completely stopped before removing the Jar from the Blending Base 14 07 09 3 28 PM Cleaning Your Blender TO QUICK CLEAN The Blender can be conveniently cleaned by blending a mixture of soapy water directly in the Jar 1 Remove the Jar from the Blender Base and rinse with warm water to remove any large food particles 2 Replace the Jar and fill with 250 375 mL 1 to 1 cups of warm soapy water 3 Replace the Blending Jar Lid and turn the power switch to PULSE for a few seconds 4 Remove the Jar from the Base and r
