2. 82 HE505 Cotton Candy Maker Instruction Manual INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY Please save and read this instruction manual carefully before use INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing our cotton candy maker Each unit has been manufactured to ensure Safety reliability and ease to use Before use please read these instructions carefully and keep the manual for further reference IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS When using your cotton candy maker basic precau tions should always be paid attention to including the followings 1 Read all instructions before operating this appli ance 2 DO NOT TOUCH the hot surface Use handles or knobs 3 To protect from electrical shock do not immerse cord plug or any part of this unit in water or other liquids 4 Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by or near children 5 Unplug the appliance from outlet when not in use and before removing parts for cleaning 6 DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug orifthe appliance has been damaged in any manner Return the appliance to the nearest repair shop for examination or repair or send it back to the company as stated in this booklet in the war ranty 7 The appliance manufacturer does not recommend the use of accessory attachments This may cause injuries 8 DO NOT use outdoors 9 DO NOT let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter 10 DO NOT place on or near a hot gas

4. provided in the box 5 When you can visually see the cotton candy web begin to collect the cotton candy on the stick by holding your stick vertically Rotate the stick with your fingers while you circle the bowl Once cotton candy has collected on the stick hold the stick in a horizontal position over the extractor head while still rotating the stick with your fingers Continue turning the stick with your fingers in the horizontal position and moving from side to side to make sure you are collecting all the cotton candy see below 6 Turn the unit OFF when all the sugar has been dispensed Once the extractor head has come to a complete stop you can pour another measure of sugar in the extractor head and begin again The cotton candy should be flowing more quickly as the unit has been sufficiently warmed up CLEANING THE COTTON CANDY MAKER 1 Make sure the unit is unplugged and has had time to cool down before cleaning 2 After cooling remove the extractor head assembly by pulling it straight up UNLOCK bowl by turning clockwise and remove Wash both in warm water rinse and dry 3 Use a slightly damp non abrasive sponger or towel to wipe clean the outside of the unit wipe with a non abrasive towel to dry The Cotton Candy Maker breaks down to cart body bowl and extractor head assembly for easy cleaning see below NOTE Cotton candy is made by heated sugar This turns sugar into a liquid form then the sugar liquid
5. use and when cleaning H DO NOT operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug or if the appliance ever malfunctions DO NOT put in dishwasher J Keep out of reach of children BEFORE USE Your Cotton Candy Maker is already fully assembled Follow the cleaning instructions to wash the appli ance in warm water and to rinse and dry thoroughly After cleaning and thoroughly drying the bowl return to base making sure it is LOCKED into posi tion Align the metal tabs on the base unit with the plastic labs on the bowl counterclockwise to LOCK make sure it is secured and locked into position To remove turn clockwise to UNLOCK Return the extractor head assembly making sure that the grooves are properly aligned to fit over the pegs on the stem see below TO OPERATE THE COTTON CANDY MAKER First find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting Make sure your cord is away from any water source If needed it is acceptable to use an extension cord 1 Plug in the unit at the OFF position 2 Turn the unit to ON position and allow it to run for at least 5 minutes This will allow it to warm up Then switch to OFF 3 Measure a level tablespoon of sugar with the measuring spoon supplied with your Cotton Candy Maker Pour sugar into center receptacle of extractor head assembly see below 4 Your Cotton Candy Maker will spin the sugar into a flossy sweet treat that you collect on the wooden sticks
