1. Wall Kit Installation Instructions MPORTANT Whenever cutting through walls caution should always be taken to avoid Gas Electric amp Plumbing Lines Note We recommend two persons to complete installation Steps 3 amp 4 If the Pet Door is not already installed cut opening and drill holes using template provided with your pet door Outside of Pet Door frame B f Diagram 1 EPEE Pet Door frame Wall Kit V Grooved Edge Sections Snap off as needed Diagram 2 Step 1 Measure wall thickness For 6 3 4 to 7 1 4 wall thickness use Wall Kit Panels as is Screws are designed to fit widest possible wall thickness You may need to shorten screws by using a hack saw and de burr cut end with file For wall thickness less than 6 3 4 break off the v grooved edge sections as shown in Diagram 1 from each of the six 6 Wall Kit panel sections 1 from either side as needed Step 2 Assemble Wall Kit Complete by press fitting the six 6 SS panel sections together as shown in Diagram 2 Press fit all panel sections together Step 3 With a second person holding OUTSIDE FRAME of dog door in place insert assembled Wall Kit into opening from inside Place INSIDE FRAME of dog door into opening around the Wall Kit The Wall Kit will be slightly shorter than the tunnel Push Wall Kit until it is touching the ribs on the inside frame and or caulk in place with silicone caulk not sup2. plied Step 4 Insert Wall Kit screws to complete the installation Do not overtighten Step 5 For better insulation you may use silicone caulking to fill any gaps around your Wall Kit
