5. ting Instructions Adding Water e Open lid and add water Note e Do not add water directly under faucet to prevent wetting the control panel or power receptacle and cause malfunction Do not add water above the FULL line Do not wet the control panel When closing the lid ensure a click is heard Before initial use or after a long period of storage boil a full tank of water and discard Connect Power and Boil e Connect the power cord to unit s receptacle first then to outlet e Once power is connected unit will begin boiling water Boil indicator will light Note e Do not open lid while boiling Hot steam vapor may cause scalding Keep Warm Once water is boiled unit will automatically switch to Keep Warm mode e Keep Warm indicator will light e Water temperature will be maintained around 208 F suitable for instant coffee tea instant noodle etc Re Boil e To reboil water press the REBOIL button Boil button will light Dispensing Water e Place cup under spout and press DISPENSE Dry Boil Protection e Unit automatically shuts off all indicator lights off when there s no water in the tank or when water level falls within the red mark e Add water immediately Cleaning Maintenance and Storage Minerals in tap water may cause white residues to attach to the surface of the inner tank or sometimes change the inner tank reddish or black in color Clean the interior frequentl
