Avoid dusty locations e Avoid other cordless telephones A Class Classe 2 Power source IMPORTANT Before you setup your phone please make sure that your network system includes one RCA 25801 Digital Router The telephone lines should be connected to the 25801 Digital Router only with the 25825 base unit linked to the 25801 with the network line The RCA 8 line phone system works by using your office s computer network to connect a system of phones to one another and a digital router If your office already has multiple computers connected to the internet you already have the infrastructure you need and your RCA 8 Line phone system will be right at home Connecting your RCA 25801 Digital Router 1 Connect one of the included phone cords to your digital router s line jacks numbered 1 8 for each phone line in your office 2 Connect the other end of end of each phone cord to the corresponding phone jack in your office 3 Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the left side of the front panel of the digital router 4 Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an open port on your office internet router switch or wall jack 5 Connect the included AC DC adapter to the port on the rear panel of the Digital Router and plug the adapter into the wall outlet Note If the power cord is not plugged into the 25801 digital router the digital router enters into No Power Operation mode In this mode all of the Station
