5. ns Mince herbs amp seasonings Make noodles and bread sticks e Make baby food and sorbets IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following E Read all instructions E To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the motor base in water or other liquid E Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children E Unplug from outlet when not in use before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning E Avoid contact with moving parts E DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for exami nation repair or electrical adjustment E The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire electric shock or injury E DO NOT use outdoors E DO NOT let cord hang over edge of table or counter E Always make sure juicer cover is clamped securely in place before motor is turned on E Be sure to turn switch to off position after each use of your juicer E DO NOT put your fingers or other objects into the juicer opening while it is in operation If food becomes lodged in the opening use the plunger or another piece of fruit to push it down When this method is not possible turn the motor off and disassemble juicer to remove the r
6. nto the drum Insert the juicing strainer into the drum Place the drum cap onto the drum end and turn it counter clock wise until it clicks firmly into place HJ Adjust the juicing or mincing nozzle to suit the material being processed Refer to How to Choose the Right Nozzle page 5 kJ Connect assembled drum set with main body by turning lock clip clockwise about 60 Place hopper onto guide EJ Place juice bowl and waste bowl under drum set Plug power cord into wall outlet H Press the ON button Place a few pieces of cut fruit or vegetables one at a time into the guide Use the food pusher to press the fruit or vegetables gently down the guide Leave the machine on as you feed in the fruits vegetables Omega J icers Nutrition Center H DO NOT place any metal objects into the hopper If the drum set is plugged or the machine stops operating press the reverse button 2 to 3 times and press the on button again to resume normal operation fd Switch the juicer OFF before changing accessories or touching any moving parts Remove the drum set from the main body by turning the locking clip counter clock wise Pull the screw forward to disassemble it from the drum set After each juicing wash all parts in warm soapy water Do NOT place any of the juicer acces sories in the dishwasher E Do NOT run juicer for more than 30 minutes continuously at any one time Choosing the Right Stra
