LENMAR R Model BCUNI OmniSource UNI Battery Charger For Li lon NiMH NiCd Batteries Important Safety Instructions are included Please read the entire manual before use INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing LENMAR s OmniSource Uni charger The model BCLSM charger will charge virtually all 3 6 to 7 4Volt Li lon batteries as well as one or two AA or AAA size NiMH NiCd type rechargeable batteries It s unique and patented contact system allows for this one charger to connect to and charge virtually any shape battery regardless of the type of contacts or their location on the battery without the need for any additional adapter plates Extremely compact and light weight this is the ultimate charger for travel This charger will operate from a standard household 100 240VAC outlet at home or across the sea or on the road from a 12 Volt cigarette lighter socket It is a complete convenient system to charge almost any of your rechargeable batteries FEATURES e Compatible with most 3 6 7 4V digital camera camcorder amp mobile phone Li ion batteries e Microprocessor controlled design identifies 3 6 3 7V 7 2 7 4V Li lon batteries and 1 2V NiMh NiCd cells and their polarity and adjusts the charge automatically e Separate fast and trickle charge modes ensure the batteries are charged quickly and accurately e Built in low voltage battery jump start charge e Safety features include over voltage short circuit reverse

4. ght up off the charger unit with the battery contacts facing and near to but not touching the charger s moveable contacts Using the stylus position each of the two contacts to properly align with the battery contacts Once the charger s contacts are aligned open the slide and reposition the battery to lie on top of the charger s contacts pressing the battery fully down onto the charger While pressing down on the battery release the slide so that the charger is grips the battery and holds it in position fig 6 BATTERIES WITH END CONTACTS see fig 7 Pull the slide open and insert the battery so the battery is lieing down flat against the charger unit with the battery contacts facing and near to but not touching the charger s moveable contacts Using the stylus position each of the two contacts to properly align with the battery contacts Once the charger s contacts are aligned open the slide and reposition the battery so the battery is on its end sticking straight up off the charger unit and on top of the charger s contacts pressing the battery fully down onto the charger While pressing down on the battery release the slide so that the charger is grips the battery and holds it in position fig 7 THE CHARGE STATUS INDICATOR As soon as the battery is properly connected charging begins and the Green charge indicator LED will be blinking When charging is complete the charge indicator stops flashing and remains soli
