DRILL MASTER ITEM 98061 DRILL BIT SHARPENER Drill Bit Guide Sizes 5 64 to 13 64 7 32 to 21 64 11 32 to 1 2 Requires power drill rated between 2 000 and 3 500 RPM To prevent serious injury and or property damage 1 Wear ANSI approved safety goggles and heavy duty work gloves during use Use only with Drill rated between 2 000 and 3 500 RPM 9 Keep guards in place during use Do not sharpen bits until drill has run at full speed for two seconds Read manual of drill used Do not hold Drill during use secure in place Do not bend during use Do not sharpen bit for longer than five seconds Do not use excessive force 10 Inspect before use do not use if parts loose or damaged 11 Use for intended purposes INSTRUCTIONS Place drill not included in bench mounted jig for stability Place drill bit to be sharpened in correct drill guide see sizes marked on handle of Sharpener 6 Secure Sharpener s input shaft into the drill chuck See photo below Turn on drill and run for at least two seconds at full RPM between 2 000 and 3 5000 Grinding Stone Ce w geet Aa 5 Slowly push drill bit towards grinding stone keeping it in the guide Do not use excessive force Between edge sharpening cool drill bit in water for five minutes Repeat for each cutting edge 2 edges per drill bit For excessively dulled bit process2. may be done multiple times to achieve desired results Birisi m i Guides MAINTENANCE After each use wipe dirt and debris from the drill guide s and lubricate the input shaft with oil 08b DO NOT REMOVE Made in Taiwan
