3. or longer Do not attempt to recharge the supplied batteries All batteries should be replaced at the same time do not mix old battery Do not dispose of the batteries in a fire as they may explode Exhaust nozzle Exhaust nozzle connector 2 pcs Exhaust hose Connect exhaust hose assembly to the back of the unit Extend to desired length and locate the exhaust nozzle through the window for ventilation Insert both ends of the exhaust hose into the two exhaust nozzle connectors by twisting anti clockwise until they stop Fix one of the connectors to the rear outlet of the unit This is achieved by sliding the nozzle connector downwards over the exhaust outlet of the unit ensuring that the lugs of the nozzle connector are engaged with the grooves on the connector unit Fix the exhaust nozzle connector to the exhaust nozzle Extend the exhaust hose and close the window as much as possible trapping the exhaust nozzle INSTALLATION This unit does come with the internal fixture plus cap for semi permanent installation Additional accessories may be required to complete the installation externally MAX1O0 cm Fix ture Semi Permanent Installation Drill a 125mm hole in an outside wall or through a window panel The unit should not be within 300mm of any wall Fit the flange accessory fixture provided in the hole Fit the exhaust hose in the housing at the back of the appliance Insert the othe
4. g Light High Room Temp C Med SetTemp CE Low 2 amp Timer Timer Temp Power Control Adjust Mode Control Fan Speed Control Timer Temp Set Controls Power Control The power control turns the unit on and off Warning Light Condensed water may accumulate in the unit If the internal water tank becomes full the warning light will illuminate and the unit will not operate until it has been drained Mode Control The Mode control has 3 settings Cool Dehumidify Fan These settings are adjusted with the Mode control button A light indicates which setting is currently being used e Cooling Mode When Cool is selected the indicator turns green In Cooling mode the air is cooled and hot air is exhausted through the air outlet Adjust the fan speed and air temperature as desired Note The exhaust hose must vent outside when using Cool mode e Dehumidify Mode When Dehumidify mode is selected the indicator light turns orange Air is dehumidified as it passes through the unit without being in full cooling mode If room temperature is at 25 C the fan speed can be adjusted otherwise the fan speed is fixed to Medium Note If the unit is used as a dehumidifier do not connect the exhaust hose let the warm air return to the room Continuous drainage is then necessary e Fan Mode When Fan mode is selected the indicator light turns yellow Air is circulated thr

6. ough the room with NO cooling Note The unit does not need to be vented in Fan mode Fan Speed Control The Fan Speed Control has 3 settings Low Medium High A light indicates which setting is currently being used Timer e Auto Turn Off With the machine running Press the Timer button to select the number of hours you would like the unit to run for in the Cool mode before it automatically switches off e Auto Turn On With the machine in Standby press the Time button to select the time that you would like the unit to automatically start running in the Cool mode Timer Temp Controls These controls are used to adjust the timer and the thermostat The default display will be the current room temperature In Cool mode use either the A or V to set the desired room temperature After 15 seconds the display will revert back to the actual room temperature The temperature is only adjustable in Cool model The time is adjustable between 1 12 hours Note By pressing both Timer Temp buttons together the display will switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit Important After switching the air conditioner off you must wait 3 minutes before switching it back on again OPERATION Air Conditioner Remote Control The functions work the same as your air conditioner s touch controls All key function can be accessed from the remote control CONTROL PANEL Mode Control
7. r end of the exhaust hose to the flange previously fit on the wall When the hose is not in use place the cap over the wall vent to cover the hole When installing through an outside wall you are recommended to insulate the section of wall using suitable insulation material Note When installing the unit semi permanenitly you should leave a door slightly open as little as 1cm to guarantee sufficient ventilation CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE e Disconnect the appliance from the power supply e Wipe the outside of the unit with a soft damp cloth You may use a mild detergent if necessary Dry with a cloth Do not use any harsh abrasives or solvents e Never immerse this appliance in water or any other liquid e The air filters should also be cleaned regularly Gently remove the air filter from the back of the appliance Clean the filter and replace in the correct position You may use warm water if the filter is particularly dirty Clean the air filters every 2 weeks if the unit is operated in a particularly dusty environment If the appliance will not be used for a long period of time Ensure you pull out the rubber drain plug to allow the water to drain out Before storing away run the unit in Fan mode only for a few hours to dry any moisture on the coils to prevent mould Remove the air hose and store If semi installed cover the wall vent with the cap supplied TROUBLE SHOOTING Check the mains power supply Chec
