P al 1 Position blower plate over bracket on inside 2 Connect male end of blower wire to female plug back of hood and pivot up Secure plate to hood in the hood plug is located inside the hood with 2 10x3 16 screws blower pictured is a behind the control panel PBI 1100A 3 Single Blower Connect 6 round duct work to blower collar Dual Blower Place 10 round adapter on top of hood and secure with 4 M4x8 screws Connect 10 round duct work to 10 round adapter Installation Single and Dual Internal Blowers www zephyronline com HORIZONTAL DUCTING IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF USING THE CBI 600B SINGLE INTERNAL BLOWER 1 Unscrew 4 screws holding blower to plate and 2 Cover round blower opening on blower plate remove blower with 6 round metal cap included with the CBI 600B Secure with 3 3 5x8 screws 3 Follow instructions on previous page and install blower plate into hood 4 On the back of the hood remove the 6 screws 5 Place round to rectangular transition adapter holding the rectangular cap to the hood inside hood Installation CBI 600B Horizontal Ducting Conversion Attach 6 round to rectangular transition adapter to hood with 4 M4x8 screws Place blower into round end of 6 round transition adapter Attach brackets on blower to blower plate with 4 3 5x8 screws 2 screws for each bracket Attach blower brackets to blower with 4 10x3 16

19. tched off the entire hood powers off including the lights Speed Selection The 3 speed levels are selected by pressing CO to decrease and to increase speed level The display indicates speed level selected Pressing 4 when the hood is off will also turn it on Delay Off This is used for programmed shut down of blower and lights 5 minutes after the function is activated Press once a dot displays in the lower right hand side of display indicating the function is on The hood will change to speed 1 and shut down after 5 minutes Lights On Dim Off Switch lights On by pressing once again to dim and again to switch Off Display Displays blower speed level and delay off status Manual On Off Located behind the right side light panel is a manual power on off toggle switch This switch is used to manually cut power to the hood to perform a hard reset for troubleshooting purposes Toggle between on or 0 off Heat Lamps On Off Located on the right and left side light panel are manual power on off toggle switches These switches are used to turn the heat lamps on off Toggle between on or O off Features amp Controls Touch Controls amp Features www zephyronline com Maintenance Cleaning and Filter Removal SURFACE MAINTENANCE Clean periodically with hot soapy water and clean cotton cloth Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergent or steel wool scouring pads which will scratch and damage s
