19. a Align the chute deflector in position on the discharge opening and insert hex bolt with spacer through hinge on chute deflector spacers fit inside Setting Up of hinges See Figure 3 4 lt Your Chipper b Place second spacer over hex bolt inside other E hinge and secure with hex lock nut S Sh redder c Secure both sides of chute deflector to impeller NE housing using wing knobs previously removed NE Attaching The Chipper Chute o Model Series 460 5 a Remove the three cupped washers and hex nuts from weld studs around the opening on the side of IMPORTANT the impeller housing See Figure 3 5 This unit is shipped b Remove the hex bolts flat washers and lock nuts without gasoline or from the two holes on the upper end of the support a brace AB S2 oil in the engine Be 6 a Align the chipper chute over the weld studs so the l z 9 certain to service slot in the bottom of the chute is facing down X engine with gasoline b Secure chipper chute with the three cupped S N and oil as instructed washers cupped side against the chipper chute and hex nuts previously removed Do not tighten the nuts at this time See Figure 3 6 in the separate engine manual before operat ing your machine NOTE All references in this manual to the left or right side of the chipper shredder is from the operating position only Excep tions if any will be specified NOTE This Operators Manual covers a range of product sp
