6. cal wear To clean your product Unplug the product from power Wait unti the product has cooled Use a vacuum or dry compressed air and a soft brush to remove dust collected on the external vents and accessible internal components Clean all external optics and glass plastic surfaces with a mild solution of non ammonia glass cleaner isopropyl alcohol Apply the solution directly to a soft lint free cotton cloth or a lens cleaning tissue Wipe any dit or grime to the outside edges of the lens glass or plastic surface Gently polish the lenses until they are free of haze and lint Always the external optics glass and plastic surfaces thoroughly after cleaning them Refrain from spinning this product s fans using compressed air The user must send the merchandise prepaid in the original box and with its original packing and accessories CHAUVET will not issue call tags Call CHAUVET and request a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number before shipping the product Be prepared to provide the model number serial number and a brief description of the cause s for the retum The user must clearly label the package with an RMA number CHAUVET will refuse any product returned without an RMA number DO NOT write the RMA number directly the box Instead write it on a properly affixed label Once you have received the RMA number please include the following information on piece of paper inside

11. ion for the 3 and 4 channel DMX modes Refer to Introduction for a brief description of these modes Refer to Operation to leam how to configure the Xeno 2500 to work in these modes DMX Values section provides detailed information about DMX modes The Master Slave mode allows a Xeno 2500 the master product to control one or more Xeno 2500s the slave products without a DMX controller One Xeno 2500 becomes the master product when running a Standalone Flash program or by being in Sound Active mode You must configure each slave product s control panel to operate in SLAVE mode During Master Slave operation the slave products will operate in unison with the master product The Operation chapter of this manual provides detailed instructions on how to configure the Master and Slave products If you are not familiar with or need more information about DMX standards Master Slave connectivity or the DMX cables needed to link this product to a DMX controller download the DMX Primer from the CHAUVET website www chauvetpro com The Xeno 2500 is equipped with a 2 500 watt Xenon lamp Replacement lamps may be ordered from CHAUVET Follow the procedure below to safely change the Xeno 2500 lamp lisconnect the product from the AC power before opening DO NOT change lamp while product is plugged into power Serious personal injury can occur 4 the product off and disconnect it from power Wait at lea

15. st 15 minutes for the lamp to cool down a 2 Remove both side covers by removing 4 Philips head screws 3 Side A has a single wire from the lamp connected lo a terminal block Unscrew this wire from the terminal black and note where it was connected You will need to install the new lamp in the same terminal Xena 2500 Use Manus Rev T Setup Increasing the Lamp s Life Side B contains 2 wires 1 white and 1 clear that are connected to a terminal block Unscrew these wires and carefully note where each was connected CAUTION Do not misalign or reverse the connections when installing the new lamp Holding ONLY the ceramic ends of the lamp and using EXTREME CAUTION not to touch the glass portion of the lamp gently slide the lamp into the socket spring located on Side B Reverse the steps 2 through 4 above to install the new lamp leaving grease on the DO NOT touch the lamp without wearing gloves to avoi bulb or on the contacts that could reduce the lamp s life ALWAYS change the lamp when it has reached its recommended lifespan to avoid the risk of lamp explosion Xen 2500 User Manus Rav T Setup jng Xeno 2500 is includes an adaptor bracket to mount a scroller Follow the Scroller Mounting cedure below to mount the steer brackets Bracket Procedure 1 Tum the product off and disconnect it from power Wait at least 15 minutes for the lamp to cool down 6
