1. Unauthorized chemicals or un proven coil cleaners coil cleaning not consistent with Bronz Glow s warranty maintenance program or other abrasive actions or products c Damage from other mis use neglect or any other intentional or accidental act or any act of nature which compromises the integrity of Bronz Glow s protective coating applied for external corrosion protection d Labor or workmanship involved in any field installation assembly repair touch up or re coating disassembly coating of replacement coil by others 2 Our Workmanship Is warranted for thirty 30 days from the date of coating application Our workmanship warranty is limited to parts coated disassembled or re assembled by Bronz Glow s trained Technicians for the purpose of coating equipment 3 Bronz Glow Reserves The Right To In its opinion and as an option visually inspect any unit prior to re coating or repair of coils either by onsite inspection or requiring photograph and or video evidence of external corrosive damage 4 Re Coating Of an original or replacement coil does not extend the original warranty 5 Bronz Glow s Liability Does not extend beyond the Terms or Conditions of the limited warranty Bronz Glow shall not be liable for any damages caused by equipment or failure of operation of equipment or a manufacturer s defect in the equipment We neither assume nor do we allow anyone else to assume for us any additional liabilit2. chemical plant WWTP or similar the coils shall be cleaned using either Husky Coil Guard or Husky Coil Sheen depending upon corrosive environment Coils shall be cleaned no less than once every other month Fresh water rinses do not constitute coil cleaning Use of wire brushes ts prohibited b Clean coils located 11 miles or greater from sea coast no less than once every three months using Husky Coil Guard or Husky Coil Sheen c Following cleaning check coils for abrasion erosion or corrosion damage Inspect fin edges where abrasion is prevalent the fin tube interface and the U bend portions of coils d If wear or abrasion is evident use of a Bronz Glow Maintenance Touch Up Kit is available factory direct or through local supply houses Authorized Bronz Glow Certified Field Applicators are available to assist customers with proper touch up and coil cleaning requirements 5 Do Not Use high pressure water air spray wire brushes scrappers or other abrasives to clean coils as it may damage the coating and void the warranty 6 Protect Your Warranty Insist that service technicians use only approved Husky coil cleaners and touch up materials during service of your equipment Un approved coil cleaners may damage the coating and void your warranty Call Bronz Glow s Customer Service Department for additional warranty information 800 555 6385 or 904 825 0175 Mail or fax this to Bronz Glow Technologies Inc Equip

WP 1 COIL COATING LIMITED WARRANTY Bronz Glowe Standard Warranty Program with all dip or spray coil coating applications Bronz Glow Limited Coating Warranty The fin tube coil s of this unit have been Bronz Glow coated with the Husky Coil Coat Dip Process or Spray Process for corrosion protection Upon our receipt of the completed Bronz Glow Limited Warranty Registration Form the following coating warranty applies Part A What is Covered Any new coil which has been coated by a Bronz Glow Licensed and Certified Field Spray Applicator or In House Dip Coating Applicator with Husky Coil Coat For the purposes of this warranty the definition of the coil shall be the fin tube area of coils extending from header to header and up to but not including the first solder braze joint For How Long The warranty covers the coating on the coil for the first sixty 60 months beginning with the original application date and subject to Bronz Glow s receipt of the completed coating warranty registration form for the specified unit being warranted How is the Limited Coating Warranty Coverage Applied The maximum liability for all coils coated with Husky Coil Coat is applied and prorated as follows Should the original coil require re coating due to external atmospheric corrosion Bronz Glow shall re coat the coil using at our option a licensed Field Spray Applicator or a Bronz Glow In House Dip Facility at the follow
4. ies No person company or entity of any type or manner can make represent or construe any other terms or obligations under this warranty WP 1 COIL COATING LIMITED WARRANTY Part C What You Must Do To Keep This Limited Coating Warranty Valid 1 Owner Must Register this unit and coil s covered under this limited warranty by returning the completed owner registration form within sixty 60 days of equipment delivery to owner 2 Owner Is To Provide Normal maintenance refer to Owners Coated Coil Cleaning and Maintenance Service Manual including scheduled coil cleanings coating touch up of abraded or eroded coating on fin areas or scratches All of which can compromise the integrity of protective coatings Cleaning coils and coating touch up are considered normal maintenance during the life of equipment Maintenance requirements are part of the Limited Warranty and should begin immediately following installing of equipment Husky Brand coil cleaners are approved for Bronz Glow s coil and cabinet coating applications Failure to keep a unit coil serviced may void all or part of this warranty 3 Owner Is To Give Prompt attention to needed repair and service of coating 4 Owner to Schedule Coil cleaning and inspection of coating in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty a Units coils located within 10 miles of sea coast or in areas where aggressive corrosive atmospheres are common paper mills refinery
5. ing schedule based on the manufacturer s list prices at the time of re coating Warranty does not include travel subsistence freight sales tax duties or labor This Warranty3 Is prorated for Bronz Glow re coating cost of registered coils for 60 Months from date of original coating Under this warranty owner is subject to a retro fit coil handling charge of 25 00 to 50 00 for each coil depending upon size and number of coils being re coated Re coating pro ration is as follows Ist amp 2nd year is 100 of re coating 3rd year is 70 of re coating 4th year is 60 of re coating and 5 th year is 50 of re coating cost This warranty is limited to coverage of Bronz Glow coil coating applied by a Bronz Glow Licensed and Certified Applicator Part B What This Warranty Does Not Cover Those items not covered under this warranty are any and all items not shown as covered in Part A of this Limited Warranty including but not limited to Any other parts refrigerant reclaiming or replacement of gases disposal freight duties postage tariffs damages to items or products caused by failure other than those explicitly defined as covered by this warranty 1 Other Items Not Covered Under This Limited Warranty a Damage originating internally such as from corrosive liquids or gases inside the system b Damage from improper coil cleaning methods such as the use of wire brushes high pressure steam water or air spray 50psi
