1. 04 11 MESSERKOPF BETRIEBS UND WARTUNGSANLEITUNG AGITATEUR UTILISATION ET ENTRETIEN MAP AGITATORE USO E MANUTENZIONE MAP 015 MAL 22 CONTROLS STELLTEIL COMMANDES COMANDI The chopper must be turned on only when its installation on the mixer has been completed There are no controls on the chopper All controls are external on the mixer s control panel CHECK CORRECT ELECTRIC HOOK UP Once the chopper has been fully installed and its electric connec tions made check to make sure the hook up is correct Turn the chopper motor on and immediately off again to check the turning direction of the chop per shaft Itmustturn clockwise as shown by the arrow on the chopper casing If the direction is not clockwise disconnect the chopper from the electric power source and switch one ofthe phase wires in the plug Plug the chopper back in and re peatthe process described above and check shaft turning direction once more If when you switch the chopper on for the first time the motor cannot overcome the starting torque switch the machine off immediately check the cause s and then try again STARTING AND STOPPING The chopper is switched on and off with push buttons specially prepared and installed by the user The system technician or the user personnel in charge of installing the controls must provide for the contemporaneous start and stop ofboth the mixerandits choppers Chec
