1. N TOMA 10 20 SEGUNDOS Si no se est ejecutando Smart Talk puede iniciar de la siguiente manera 1 Haga doble clic en el icono de Smart Talk en su escritorio o 2 Ejecute Smart Talk desde Inicio gt Programas gt Smart Talk LatinAmerica gt Smart Talk Verificacion de componentes Para inciar el uso de la aplicaci n el sistema realizar un proceso de verificaci n de no cumplirse alguno de los 3 procesos mostrados en la siguiente imagen la aplicaci n no iniciar Automatic Detection of GSM terminals Detecting GSM terminals Verifica que el Modem este conectado a un puerto USB Verifica que la licencia instalada corresponda al modem Verifica que el modem contenga un SIM insertado correctamente v Si por alguna raz n es necesario cambiar de SIM CIERRE LA APLICACI N DESCONECTE EL MODEM DEL PUERTO USB y proceda a cambiar el SIM conecte de nuevo el Modem y ejecute de nuevo la aplicaci n 1 4 Verificacion y Monitoreo del nivel de fuerza de Se al Recibida Antes de iniciar el uso de Smart talk Professional recomendamos verificar el nivel de se al recibida por el modem Esto lo puede verificar con la secuencia Tools gt Configuration Settings gt GSM Terminal en la casilla Signal Strength rangos 0 31 minimo 14 ideal 20 o Mayor Esta informaci n es actualizada cada minuto De ser necesario cambie de ubicaci n el modem para una mejor recepci n Smart Talk La forma m s r pida de comun2. dem GSM est en funcionamiento la luz amarilla de LED se encender y despu s parpadear a un ritmo constante Eso le indica que el modem ya se encuentra registrado en la red de Telefonia Movil Si el led no cambia a status de parpadeo desconete el modem espere 5 10 segundos e ins rtelo de ser posible en otro puerto USB 3 Si Smart Talk no detecta la terminal GSM al iniciar desconecte la terminal vuelva a conectar y reinicie el programa Ty v Para poder ejecturar la instalaci n de la aplicaci n asi como los drivers del modem debe ser Administrador del Sistema Operativo o bien ser usuario con derechos de Administrador v PORFAVOR CIERRE CUALQUIER APLICACI N QUE ESTE EJECUTANDO EN SU COMPUTADOR v Se ha detectado que algunos programas de Antivirus y AntiSpyware pueden llegar a bloquear el acceso a los puertos USB como medida de seguridad Por tal raz n sugerimos deshabilitarlos temporalmente mientras se realiza la instalaci n Smart Talk La forma m s r pida de comunicarse 1 1 2 Instalador USB GSM Modem para Win2000 Win2003 Paso 1 Conecte el m dem GSM al Puerto USB del equipo mediante el cable suministrado Al conectar el m dem GSM al puerto USB del equipo el sistema operativo autom ticamente buscar el controlador de dispositivo de hardware Found New Hardware LISB Seral Controller a m Paso 2 En el cuadro de di logo del asistente para nuevo hardware encontrado haga clic en siguiente
