Siempre que haga una conexi n afloje primero las tuercas de la parte de la v lvula de cierre y conecte enseguida el tubo abocardado en 5 minutos Si las tuercas permanecen flojas durante mucho tiempo puede entrar polvo o suciedad en el circuito y provocar m s tarde una Aire Acondicionado Tipo Cassette ES averia Por ello antes de la conexion expulse el aire del tubo con refrigerante 3 Despues de conectar la conduccion de refrigerante a la unidad interior debe expulsar el aire consulte Vaciado del aire Apriete despues las tuercas en los puntos de reparacion Observaciones sobre la forma de doblar las tuberias e El ngulo de doblez no debe superar los 90 e La posicion del codo debe estar a ser posible en el centro del tubo que va a doblarse Cuanto mayor sea el radio del codo mejor e No doble ninguna tuber a mas de tres veces Doble la tuber a de conexi n de pared m s delgada Y 9 53 mm e Corte una concavidad de la forma deseada en la parte del codo del tubo de aislamiento e Despu s exponga la tuber a c brala con cinta despu s de doblar e Para evitar que se aplaste o se deforme doble la tuber a con el mayor radio posible e Utilice una herramienta especial si tiene que formar radios peque os Use tubo de lat n comercial e Aseg rese de utilizar los mismos materiales de aislamiento cuando compre tubo de lat n de m s de 9 mm de espesor 2 Colocaci n de las tuber as Pe

21. aja de control con los terminales correspondientes del cuerpo panel con las juntas de las tuber as del cuerpo Vea la figura 11 5 Vuelva a colocar la rejilla de entrada de aire en el orden inverso e Sujete los ganchos del panel al motor de 6 Vuelva a colocar la tapa de instalaci n oscilaci n y sus lados opuestos a los ganchos del recogedor de agua correspondiente Cuelgue Sujete el cable de la tapa de instalaci n a su tornillo figura 15 izquierda despu s los otros dos ganchos del panel de los soportes correspondientes del cuerpo Apriete ligeramente la tapa de instalaci n dentro del panel figura 15 derecha Ajuste los tornillos de los cuatro ganchos del panel para ponerlo horizontal y apri telos hasta conseguir una separaci n uniforme con el techo e Ajuste ligeramente el panel la direcci n de e V 2 Instale el panel 1 Retire la rejilla de entrada Deslice al tiempo las dos Agua de condensaci n Figura 13 Figura 15 Figura 11 9 Aire Acondicionado Tipo Cassette ES 6 INSTALACI N DE LA UNIDAD EXTERIOR IMPORTANTE e Mantenga la unidad protegida de la luz solar Pared u obst culo directa y de otras fuentes de calor e Si no hay otro remedio cubrala con una proteccion e En lugares pr ximos a la costa o muy altos donde los vientos sean fuertes instale la unidad contra la pared para asegurar un funcionamiento normal e Utilice un deflector

28. e lo siguiente en la unidad interior e Hay que dejar espacio suficiente para la instalaci n y el mantenimiento e El techo debe ser horizontal y su estructura capaz de soportar el peso de la unidad No debe haber obst culos para la salida y entrada de aire y la influencia del aire exterior debe reducirse al m nimo El aire de salida ha de poder alcanzar todos los puntos de la habitaci n e Los tubos de conexi n y desag e deben ser f ciles de extraer No debe haber radiaci n directa desde aparatos de calefacci n Aire Acondicionado Tipo Cassette ES 2 Compruebe lo siguiente en la unidad exterior e Hay que dejar espacio suficiente para la instalacion y el mantenimiento No debe haber obst culos para la salida y entrada de aire la unidad no debe verse afectada por vientos fuertes Debe ser un sitio seco y bien ventilado e La superficie de apoyo debe ser plana y horizontal y capaz de soportar el peso de la unidad exterior No debe haber otras fuentes de ruido o vibraciones e Hay que asegurarse de que el ruido y el aire expulsado no molestan a los vecinos No debe haber fugas de gas combustible e La instalaci n de los tubos y cables de conexi n ha de ser f cil e Oriente la salida de aire de modo que ste no se vea obstaculizado No debe haber fugas de gases combustibles e Si el lugar de instalaci n est expuesto a vientos fuertes como ocurre cerca del mar o en altura aseg rese de que

30. el when instaling If the gap between the panel and ceiling still exists after fastening the screws the height of the indoor unit should be modified again Refer to chart 14 left You can modify the height of the indoor unit through the openings on the panel s four corners if the lift of the indoor unit and the drainpipe is not influenced refer to chart 14 right 4 Hang the air in grid to the panel then connect the lead terminator of the swing motor and that of the control box with corresponding terminators on the body respectively 5 Relocate the air in grid in the procedure of reversed order 6 Relocate the installation cover a Fasten the rope of installation cover on the bolt of the installation cover Refer to chart 15 left b Press the installation cover into the panel slightly Refer to chart 15 right Chart 12 Four Way Cassette Type EN 6 OUTDOOR UNIT INSTALLATION Wall or obstacle CAUTIONS e Keep this unit away fromdirect radiation of the sun or other heaters x inet e f unavoidable please cover it with a shelter e n places near coast or with a high attitude where the wind is violent please install the outdoor unit against the wall to ensure normal performance Chart 17 Use a baffle when necessary e n the case of extremely strong wind please prevent the air from flowing backwards into the outdoor unit Refer to chart 16 ocate the outdoor unit as close to the indoor uni
