SVM 60 2008 02 26 11 05 37 Nd MA 2 JOAD OL ION DETERGENT AND ADDITIVES INFORMATION Which detergent to use Use powdered or liquid detergent Do not use soap as the tub may become dirty from dirt on it CAUTIO When the detergent does not dissolve properly use warm water to dissolve the detergent Use the appropriate amount of detergent Even if an excessive amount of detergent is used there is little difference in the washing n result However It may damage the garments as there may be insufficient rinsing Bleaching agents may cause damage to garments as they are a strong alkali Perform sufficient rinsing as powdered detergent can easily remain on the garments causing bad odors If too much detergent is used or cold water is used the detergent doesn t dissolve completely and remains on the garments hose or spin basket contaminating the laundry For a delayed start the detergent must be added into the detergent drawer If powder detergent is spread directly onto the laundry it may cause discoloration Detergent drawer The detergent drawer is located inside the washer at the back Adding detergent 1 Open the detergent drawer and then add the powder detergent into the detergent compartment 2 Add detergent evenly so that it doesn t brim over the edge of the drawer e Use areasonable amount of detergent CAUTION If you use more detergent than the standard quantity o
