5. 5 KN 5 16 10 0 81 0 KN 3s 12 0 117 5 SafetyLink Pty Ltd StaticLine ConcreteLink Wall Mounted Handbook Version 06 13 21 Inserire prima nel cavo il coprimorsetto Inserire in seguito il morsetto facendo in modo che l aria tra le parti del morsetto sia uniforme Collocare di ottone all estremit del cavo La istanza dall anello di ottone all estremit del cavo deve essere 5 mm Spingere coprimorsetto sopra al morsetto Ora il terminale pu essere montato Avvitare energicamente ic resta 21 coprimorsetio con una Chiave e stringere bene controdado con una chiave Durante i montaggio Blue Wave raccomanda d sigillare con una pasta di tenuta priva di acidi ad esempio Sikaflex 221 Separare il terminale nem il Coprimorsetto ed foro Nero sulla testa con pasta di tenuta poi montare il terminale Ripetere l operazione fino a che la pasta di tenuta esca dal foro sul cavo Pulire il terminale Non riutilizzate morsetti Fare attenzione che la dimensione del terminale quella del cavo sia la stessa Manutenzione In caso di lunga permanenza in ambiente estrema mente salino o inquinato controllare regolarmente il terminale per verificare eventuali danni subiti Controtare la sigillatura e se non pi tenuta togliere tutta ta pasta di tenuta Risciacquare quindi il terminale in acqua dolce e trattario WD40 Sigillare poi nuovamente il terminale con pasta
6. Anchorages ALL ANCHORAGES MUST BE INSPECTED EVERY TWELVE MONTHS INSPECTIONS NEED TO BE CARRIED OUT BY A COMPETENT PERSON Procedures to be followed at inspection time Visually inspect anchors for signs of deterioration The Single End Anchor and Intermediate Wall Bracket should remain straight a bent Single End Anchor or Intermediate Wall Bracket will indicate that the StaticLine has arrested a fall Visually inspect the components of the anchor for corrosion superficial surface marking is permitted while deeper corrosion or pitting would require attention Manually by hand check the Single End Anchor and Intermediate Wall Bracket for rigidity and tightness if the Single End Anchor and Intermediate Wall Bracket can turn in the anticlockwise or clockwise direction it will require attention Visually inspect the attachment component of the anchorage where practically possible Visually inspect the parent structure for modifications or deterioration which might lead to loss of anchorage strength Check the condition of line Tensioners and Energy Absorbers Check for any evidence of wear cuts looseness extension interstrand wear corrosion stiffness brittleness or fraying of the steel cable Check the integrity of cable terminations Check for the presence of contaminants or exposure to a corrosive or extreme environment which could significantly reduce the working load of the StaticLine Run the Saf
7. CONCRETE INSERT 5 Recommended chemical anchor is Power Fast epoxy injection adhesive gel Read instructions on product carefully The entire surface of the ConcreteLink unit that is in contact with the concrete must have sufficient adhesive gel as specified on the product It is recommended that the M16 bolt be screwed into the concrete insert temporarily to assist with holding the concrete insert during installation This will also prevent contaminants from entering the concrete insert prior to final assembly A Concrete anchor has to be proof loaded to a pull out force of half their working load To comply with Australian Standards each ConcreteLink unit must be tested after installation Allow sufficient time at least 48 hours for curing before testing Test consists of ultimate pull out force proof loading to 5096 of design purpose of anchorage Note Drilled in anchorages such as friction and glued in anchorages shall be placed so that the shear load is at least twice the tension load For collared eyebolts this translates to a pull at an angle not exceeding 20 degrees to the surface in which the bolt is installed Back to Table of Contents SafetyLink Pty Ltd StaticLine ConcreteLink Wall Mounted Handbook Version 06 13 Page 10 of 18 EM CONCRETELINK SINGLE INTERMEDIATE UNIT Product Code STAT CONCLO01 ASSEMBLY FITTING THE SINGLE INTERMEDIATE UNIT 6 Locktite must be applied to the Bolt s threads Insert Bolt through

12.
