Operating Instructions for Axial Piston Pumps 10 Ti 12 13 14 Take care that the motor is operated with hydraulic oil only having a viscosity of 23 24 cm sec sSt at 50 C When assembling the piping pay attention to the greatest possible cleanliness and clean the oil container before filling Make sure that the hydraulic oil is filtered before being fed into the container Use cutting ring couplings only for assembly Remove the shipping plug from the motor casing and install a leak oil pipe to the oil container The discharge of leak oil should be pressureless Make sure the outlet Is is always open Pay attention that the pump is running in the right direction see arrow The suction line has to be assembled so as to be airtight Its section must not be reduced and the line must be as short as possible The pressure line of the pump must be secured by means of a safety valve adjusted on the nominal pressure of the pump Before the pump is put in operation for the first time the pump casing has to be filled with hydraulic oil up to the level of the leakage oil outflow on the side of the pump The maximum operating temperature is 70 C Each pump has to be equipped with a magnetic filter Grade of filtration 40 wu Vent the equipment before starting operation If no venting screw is provided loosen the screw cap at the first bolted joint after the pump to effect the venting Make sure that t2. he pressure oil is not frothy Our guarentee does not cover defects by the failure to observe the above instructions MW HYDRAULIK GMBH
