Westlock Controls UK Ltd INSTALLATION amp OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ACCUTRAK 2600 SERIES MONITOR IMPORTANT f Accutrak 2600 is already mounted on an Actuator and Valve refer to FIELD WIRING INSTALLATION WARNING The 2600 should be handled with care when the cover is removed and wired to an electrical power source The set screw in the cover MUST be loosened off before unlocking cover Attach the proper mounting bracket and adaptor to the 2600 housing with the hardware provided N Operate the Actuator to the full Closed position wo Attach the 2600 and mounting bracket to the Actuator a Loosen the Cover set screw and remove the 2600 cover Note the wiring diagram inside 8 32 SET SCREW oa To set switches lift bottom cam and turn until switch is activated and then released Spring will push cam aitached back onto the splined shaft Operate the Actuator to FIELD D WIRING when ocala iz hoenear the opposite extreme push down on the top cam and as turn until the open switch is activated 1 The appropriate wiring diagram for your unit is adhered to the inside of the Accutrak cover Please follow carefully PUSH DOWN TURN amp RELEASE Complete the electrical wiring in accordance with local and National Electrical codes The ground wire should be secured under the green screw Check all screws for LIFT UP TURN tightness lf the installation is in a hazardous area all amp RELEASE2. electrical leads must be sealed with an approved compound in accordance with local and National Electrical codes unless the switches are hermetically sealed Always check the nameplate to ensure the EX rating Operate Actuator from one extreme to the other coincides with the application several times to check switch operation 6 CAUTION TO PREVENT IGNITION OF HAZARDOUS ATMOSPHERES REPLACE COVER BEFORE ACTUATING THE ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS KEEP COVER TIGHTLY CLOSED WHEN IN OPERATION I Replace housing cover and tighten up cover set screw however take care in not over tightening Confirm that you have noted the final position of the valve Full open or full closed co Loosen 8 32 set screw to allow free rotation of outer beacon Rotate outer beacon until visual display 2 Replace 2600 cover and tighten cover set screw coincides with the valve position Re tighten 8 32 set screw 3 Unit is now ready for automatic operation If any assistance is required please call Westlock Controls Ltd on 01892 516277 sales westlockuk com The future of valve automation Westlock Controls Limited 22 Chapman Way Tunbridge Wells Kent TN2 3EF England Tel 44 0 1892 516277 Fax 44 0 1892 516279 E mail sales westlockuk com Website www westlockcontrols com
