INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION FOR FIXTURE 6551 84 READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WARNING SHUT OFF THE POWER AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER MOUNTING THE FIXTURE Shut off the power supply at the fuse box or circuit breaker box Remove the old fixture from wall Including the old cross bar Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation Position mounting plate B to the junction box A and secure using the screw C The side of the mounting Plate marked GND must face out Follow the wiring instructions carefully See Fig 2 Attach back plate D to the mounting plate B and secure using screw E Place glass shade G and metal ring H on top of Wiring See fig 2 Connect the electrical wires as follows Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black HOT house wire Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white Neutral house wire Make sure all the wire nuts were secured You may wrap the connections with electrical tape If your outlet box has a ground wire Green or Bare Copper connect fixture s ground wire to it Other wise attach the bare copper fixture wire to the green ground screw on the mounting plate Tuck the wire connections neatly into the wall junction box Socket F and secure it with socket ring I 7 Install the light bulb in accordance with fixture s Fig 2 _ ae specifications
