10. r lt To turn the alarm off you may press the ALARM SET OFF but ton Setting the Sleep Timer The sleep timer allows you to go to sleep to music The radio will turn itself off automatically at the end of the timer To set the sleep timer Press SLEEP The display will show 0 59 to indicate that the radio will turn off automatically after 59 minutes Hold SLEEP and press MINUTE to shorten the sleep timer To turn off the radio before the sleep timer has elapsed touch the front grill Snooze Sensor www cobyusa com Page 11 RADIO MODE Basic Operation 1 Set the POWER switch to the On position to turn the player on 2 Set the BAND switch to AM Listen to AM broadcasts FM Listen to FM broadcasts Tuning Turn the Radio Tuning Dial to change the station frequency lt The current station is displayed by the Radio Tuning Indicator Radio Frequency Band Reception For FM broadcasts extend the FM antenna fully and adjust its posi tion for best reception For AM broadcasts the unit should be positioned for best signal strength the AM antenna is built into the unit Page 12 Coby Electronics Corporation AUXILIARY MODE Auxiliary Aux mode allows you to play any audio device e g MP3 CD cassette player etc through your CR A129 radio Basic Operation 1 Use a 3 5mm male to male audio cable to connect the Headphone jack of an audio device to the CR A129 Audio Line
