Havis Inc 75 Jacksonville Road PO Box 2099 Warminster PA 18974 r T 800 524 9900 F 215 957 0729 Productivity in motion www havis com INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS C TMW GMC 02 HEAVY DUTY TUNNEL PLATE 2010 2013 CHEVROLET GMC SUBURBAN TAHOE YUKON XL YUKON SILVERADO SIERRA TOOLS REQUIRED Ratchet wrench Open End Wrench 7 16 Sockets 7 16 11 mm 15 mm HARDWARE QTY DESCRIPTION PART 1 Front transmission hump bracket C B57 1 Rear transmission hump bracket C B58 1 28 x 8 Tunnel Plate C TMW 28E 2 Extrusion plastic end caps CM002527A 8 14 Flat Washers GSM31005 8 14 Lock Washers GSM31026 8 14 Serrated nut GSM30023 C TMW GMC 02 Assembly Always gt Read all instructions before installing any Havis Inc products gt Check for obstructions Wire brake lines fuel tank etc before drilling any holes gt Use hardware provided with install kit C B57 CM002527A One each end C TMW 28E Remove OEM trim panel covering front inner seat bolts on driver and passenger sides Remove seat bolt nuts 15 mm socket required Loosely pre assemble front hump bracket with 1 4 x 3 4 bolts and flat washers then position it under the OEM front seat brackets Determine the desired position of the Tunnel plate and mark location with a pencil on the hump brackets Remove the front and rear hump bracket cross supports Slide seat forward and remove OEM trim panel covering rear inner seat bolts on d2. river and passenger sides Remove seat bolt studs 11 mm socket required Loosely pre assemble rear hump bracket with 1 4 x 3 4 bolts and flat washers then position it under the OEM rear seat brackets Insert 1 4 x 3 4 bolts into the bottom of Tunnel plate Line up Tunnel plate on cross supports where previously marked Use 1 4 serrated nuts to attach Reattach Tunnel with cross supports back onto seat brackets P C TMW GMC 02_INST_3 10
