8. h hands when emptying NOTE When the bucket is full or removed from the machine the compressor will turn off but the fan will continue to run for a few minutes This is completely normal The dehumidifier will not be remov ing moisture from the air at this time NOTE When removing moisture from the air the dehumidifier will exhaust warm air from the top ex haust vent Drain the HCB D95 A Dehumidifier for Moving Room to Room or Seasonal Storage 1 Turn off and then unplug the dehumidifier 2 Locate the drain plug screw at the bottom of the back part of the unit 3 Place a small drain pan below the drain plug screw 4 Using a flathead screwdriver remove the drain screw located at the very bottom of the back of the unit 5 Remove the plastic plug and allow all water to drain from the unit into a drain pan 6 Reinsert the drain plug screw plastic plug and be sure that it is tightly fastened and secure 7 Your dehumidifier is now ready to move to another room or be put into storage OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 7 Clean Filter When the filter needs to be cleaned the filter indicator will light up after 250 hours of use Remove the filter from the front of the unit by completely removing the dehumidifier bucket with two hands and then pulling down on the filter tab directly below the front intake grill Clean the filter with warm soapy water Dry thoroughly before replacing the filter Once the filter is complet
