4. 1 From Home view select Settings gt Basic gt Preferences gt Paging PTT Configuration gt Group Paging 2 From the Group Paging Configuration screen select Group Subscriptions 3 From the Group Subscriptions screen select the group you want to subscribe to and press Yes Allowing Pages to Play During Active Calls The Accept While Busy option determines what happens when you re in a call and receive a page If you enable the option a page interrupts telephone calls and you can hear the audio of both the telephone call and the page If you disable the option the incoming page is held in a Pending state it doesn t disrupt the telephone call and you don t hear the page To hear the pages during an active call Select the page and press Accept The telephone call is automatically held You can also hold or end the active call to listen to a page To enable or disable pages to play during an active call 1 From Home view select Settings gt Basic gt Preferences gt Paging PTT Configuration gt Group Paging 2 From the Group Paging Configuration screen scroll to Accept While Busy and enable or disable the setting The default setting is Disabled When enabled your phone accepts and plays pages while you re in an active call When disabled your phone doesn t play pages while you re in a call but does hold the pages as Pending Using the Calendar If your phone is configured to connect to the Microsoft Exchange Server yo
