4. ct same type lamp and fuse unless otherwise specified by an authorized American DJe service technician RazzMaTazz Fuse Replacement Fuse Replacement To replace the protective fuse use a flat head screwdriver to unscrew and remove the fuse holder Gently remove the old fuse and replace it with a new one Insert the fuse holder back into the fuse housing and tighten Always replace with the exact same type fuse removed unless otherwise specified by an authorized American DJe service technician Caution Always disconnect the units main power before performing any type of service or fuse replacement For any other service related issues please contact American DJe customer support American DJ Supply www americandj com RazzMaTazz Instruction Manual Page 5 RazzMatTazz Warranty 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY A American DJ hereby warrants to the original purchaser American DJ products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase This warranty shall be valid only if the product is purchased within the United States of America including possessions and territories It is the owner s responsibil ity to establish the date and place of purchase by acceptable evidence at the time service is sought B For warranty service send the product only to the American DJe factory All shipping charges must be pre paid If the requested repairs or service in

6. ntroduction Thank you for purchasing the RazzMaTazz by American DJe For your convenience the RazzMalazz has been lamped and is ready to be used there is no assembly necessary This unit includes a hanging bracket and may be hung or set on a flat surface For best results use a fog or haze machine to enhance the beam output Please read the following instructions before installing or operating your new RazzMaTazz Operating Instructions Plug the unit in to a matching power outlet or into a power pack Light output will be immediate when the unit is powered on The unit must receive a sound source to operate normally If there is no sound source the beams of light will not bounce up and down Mounting When used with included mounting bracket this unit may be mounted in any safe position or set on a flat stable surface Caution Be sure not to obstruct cooling vents and keep this unit in a well ventilated area Never open the unit while in use Avoid touching the lamps the lamp will get extremely hot under normal usage and may cause serious injury RazzMaTazz Cleaning Due to fog residue smoke and dust cleaning the internal and external optical lenses must be carried out periodically to optimize light output 1 Use normal glass cleaner and a soft cloth to wipe down the outside casing 2 Use a brush to wipe down the fan grill 3 Clean the external optics with glass cleaner and a soft cloth every 20 days 4 Clean

8. the internal optics with glass cleaner and a soft cloth every 30 60 days 5 Always be sure to dry all parts completely before plugging your unit back in Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in which the fixture operates I E smoke fog residue dust dew American DJ Supply www americandj com RazzMaTazz Instruction Manual Page 4 RazzMatTazz Warranty Registration The RazzMatTlazz carries a 90 day limited warranty We recommend you fill out the enclosed warranty card to validate your purchase All returned service items whether under warranty or not must be freight pre paid and accompany a return authorization R A number If the unit is under warranty you must provide a copy of your proof of purchase invoice Please contact American DJe customer support for a R A number RazzMatTazz Lamp Replacement Lamp Replacement Caution Never open the unit while in use Always disconnect the main power before attempting to replace the lamps Allow the unit ample time to cool before replacing lamps 1 Be sure to follow the proper procedures when handling halogen bulbs Locate the lamp cover on the top of unit Remove the two thumb screw that hold lamp cover in place Remove the lamp cover to expose the lamp socket assembly Gently remove and discard the bad lamps Insert the new lamps in the lamp socket assembly Reassemble in reverse order N E E amp Remember to always replace with the exa
