3. igure 1 Disconnect AM FM radio antenna cable connector 3 J05757 5 Disconnect electrical connector 4 6 Remove nut 5 washer and ring terminal from CB antenna stud Retain for assembly 7 Remove nut 2 ring terminal and large flat washer from AM FM radio antenna stud Retain for assembly 8 Remove eight screws 1 to free lamp assembly from Tour Pak sm07457 Screws 8 Nut audio radio stud Radio antenna cable connector Electrical connector SL Ne Nut CB antenna stud Many Harley Davidson Parts amp Accessories are made of plastics and metals which can be recycled Figure 1 Wrap around Lamp Installation 1 See Figure 1 Install lamp and secure with eight screws 1 Tighten to 20 25 in Ibs 2 3 2 8 Nm 2 Install electrical connector 4 3 Install large flat washer ring terminal and nut 2 onto AM FM radio antenna stud Tighten to 16 19 in Ibs 1 8 2 1 Nm 4 Connect AM FM radio antenna cable connector 3 5 Install ring terminal flat washer and nut 5 onto CB antenna stud Tighten to 14 16 in Ibs 1 6 1 8 Nm Con nect CB antenna cable if equipped 6 See Figure 2 Transfer stud A or plug B from the original lamp assembly 7 Install both antenna masts 1 of 3 Please dispose of materials responsibly NOTE 10 Install Tour Pak liner Verify that the ignition key switch is in the OFF position before a Support Tour Pak lid partly open installing
