MERIDIAN DSP3300 User Guide EN Important safety instructions e Read these instructions Keep these instructions e Heed all warnings Follow all instructions e Do not use this apparatus near water e Clean only with a dry cloth Do not block any ventilation openings Install in accordance with the manufacturer s instructions e Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators heat registers stoves or other apparatus including amplifiers that produce heat Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding type plug A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet e Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs convenience receptacles and the point where they exit from the apparatus Only use attachments accessories specified by the manufacturer Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way such as power supply cord or plug is damaged liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moistur

4. k lead EN DSP3300 User Guide To use a DSP3300 as the centre speaker in a Meridian Digital Theatre The DSP3300 is ideal as the centre loudspeaker in a Meridian Digital Theatre in combination with DSP3200 or DSP3300 front and rear loudspeakers and a DSW subwoofer The system can be controlled by a Meridian Digital Surround Controller such as the G68 The following diagram shows how to connect the speakers using home run wiring e Connect the L R SpeakerLink output on the lower row of the G68 to the Master digital speaker here the front left speaker using a Meridian SpeakerLink lead e Connect the appropriate SpeakerLink outputs on the G68 to each of the remaining speakers and the subwoofer using Meridian SpeakerLink leads O DSP3200 Rear R MERIDIAN SPEAKERLINK INPUT OUTPUT SpeakerLink 00 DSP3300 Centre DSP3200 Front R MERIDIAN MERIDIAN SPEAKERLINK SPEAKERLINK INPUT OUTPUT INPUT OUTPUT O SpeakerLink SpeakerLink Meridian Surround Controller DSW Subwoofer e Set the Channel selector on the front and rear left speakers to the L C position and on the front and rear right speakers to the R position e Set the Channel selector on the centre speaker to the L C position and on the DSW subwoofer to the 2 position Alternatively you can connect the speakers using dai
