ANVIL PAINTS amp COATINGS 1220 ELASTOMERIC BRUSH GRADE SEAMSEAL DESCRIPTION Anvil 1220 Elastomeric Smooth Brush on Grade SeamSeal is a heavy bodied flexible elastomeric patching material for filling and patching cracks joints and seams on masonry stucco concrete block brick stone marble wood metal MH roofs and glass prior to applying finish Anvil 1220 Elastomeric Smooth Brush on Grade SeamSeal provides excellent adhesion long life and is resistant to failure by expansion contraction or other joint movement Fast drying and may be painted with latex or oil base paints For use on interior or exterior surfaces SURFACE PREPARATION Surface must be free of dirt oil grease efflorescence chalk mildew and loose material Any residual chalk left after pressure washing should be sealed with Anvil 230 or 231 Chalky Surface Conditioner New Galvanized metal should be treated to remove mill oils Ferrous metal should be free from rust and primed with Anvil 1606 Rust Inhibitive Primer Sealer APPLICATION Apply with brush or roller Apply a generous first coat to seal entire area For best results use polyester membrane to reinforce repair Work membrane into wet sealant while smoothing to follow the contours of the area Apply second coat of sealant to cover membrane and allow to dry before applying finish coat of paint LIMITATION OF LIABILITY This product is manufactured to rigid control specifications2.
